Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Cognitive Daily, a product of Dual Intelligence LLC ("we," "us," "our"), an Idaho limited liability company. By creating an account or using Cognitive Daily, you agree to these terms.

What Cognitive Daily Is

Cognitive Daily is an educational tool. You build a profile of your medications, supplements, health context, and goals, and we use that profile to generate a personalized report using AI (Anthropic's Claude model), screening for potential interaction and dosage concerns based on a research knowledge base we maintain.

Cognitive Daily is not medical advice, and using it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. The reports are generated automatically and may be incomplete or contain errors. Always check with a qualified doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping, or changing any medication or supplement, and before making any health decision.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Cognitive Daily.

Your Account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Because report quality depends directly on the accuracy of what you enter (especially exact medication names and doses), incomplete or inaccurate information can lead to an incomplete or inaccurate report.

Payment

Your first report costs $4.90, a private-beta price, paid through Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. After your first payment, you can regenerate your report for free as you update your profile, subject to a reasonable daily limit to prevent abuse.

All sales are final. Because your report is generated and delivered to you immediately after payment, we don't offer refunds. If something went wrong on our end (for example, a report that failed to generate but was still charged), contact us at admin@cognitivedaily.app and we'll make it right.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use Cognitive Daily for any medical emergency (call emergency services instead); attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service or its content; misrepresent who you are; or attempt to circumvent the daily report-generation limit or other abuse protections.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Cognitive Daily is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dual Intelligence LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on a generated report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Account Closure

You can request account closure at any time by emailing admin@cognitivedaily.app — see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data. We may also suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
