Privacy Policy

Cognitive Daily is operated by Dual Intelligence LLC ("we," "us," "our"), an Idaho limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Cognitive Daily, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Account information. Your email address and password (your password is handled by our authentication provider, Supabase Auth — we never see or store it in plain text).
Your health and medication profile. Anything you enter to build your profile: medications and their exact names/doses, supplements you take or are considering, health conditions and exclusions, sleep and diet information, your goals, and any supplement label photos you choose to upload.
Payment records. When you pay for a report, Stripe processes your card details directly — we never receive or store your full card number. We keep a record of the payment (amount, status, timestamps) linked to your account.
Usage data. We use Vercel Analytics for basic, aggregated page-view statistics (which pages are visited, roughly how often). It does not use cookies and does not track you individually across other sites.
How We Use Your Information
- To generate your personalized report. This means sending your profile data to Anthropic's Claude AI, which processes it to produce the report content. Anthropic acts as our data processor for this purpose.
- To process your payment, via Stripe.
- To send you account-related emails (signup confirmation, a welcome email, and any transactional messages), via our email provider, Resend.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the service, and to detect abuse (for example, a daily limit on free report regenerations to prevent misuse).
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your health or medication data for advertising.
Where Your Data Is Stored
Your account and profile data live in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase, protected by row-level security so that only you (and our service, where necessary to operate the product) can access your own records. Uploaded supplement label photos are stored in a private storage bucket, not publicly accessible.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, so you can return and update your profile without starting over. If you'd like your account closed and your data deleted, email admin@cognitivedaily.app and we'll remove your profile, reports, and account data within 30 days. Some records (for example, payment records we're required to keep for tax or accounting purposes) may be retained longer as required by law.
Cookies
We use only the minimal, functional cookies required to keep you signed in (managed by Supabase Auth). We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Children's Privacy
Cognitive Daily is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Cognitive Daily after a change means you accept the updated policy.
